My Fitness Journey

Growing up a shy nerd, I wasn't athletic at all. It wasn't until college that I decided to try a workout DVD. After picking up my first set of weights, I felt an unexpected rush of power and confidence. As I made it a habit, working out became a way for me to release stress and improve my mental health.

 

In 2015, I earned my Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) so I could help empower others.

 

My approach is encouraging, eclectic, and prioritizes functionality. I don't believe in extreme methods, nor shame-based tactics. Instead, I support my clients in building sustainable habits that develop their strength, stamina, and agility.
